PlatformXL specializes in the realization and organization of shelter and transit sites of a semi-temporary nature at lightning speed.
PlatformXL originated from NDSM Producties: a colorful event production company on the NDSM site in Amsterdam. During the corona crisis, the company was forced to shift its focus to building test and vaccination sites on behalf of the government. This was soon joined by first-line reception and registration for refugees from Ukraine. Our experience with speed, decisiveness, solution-oriented action and our extensive network convinced the government to ask us to build and organize solutions to urgent problems.
The built up trust and mutual appreciation for each other while setting up projects under high pressure and with social impact has convinced our team that we want to continue on this path.
HUMANITAIRIAN SERVICE POINT AMSTERDAM
For the municipality of Amsterdam, we urgently set up the reception location for refugees from Ukraine.
GGD AMSTERDAM
For example, we have built large and small vaccination sites for GGD Amsterdam.
