CONSTRUCTION
We can provide all forms of construction. From pavilion to temporary modular construction, we have all options in our portfolio.
FURNISHING
A building must also be furnished. Furnishings can include wet rooms, kitchens, refrigeration and freezer rooms and, of course, living and sleeping areas. We provide all the furniture and amenities down to the small details like children’s toys and crockery.
STAFF AND ORGANIZATION
Recruiting, training and educating the right personnel to staff sites takes a lot out of an organization. We can take this completely out of your hands. We can provide the full line setup to keep a shelter site functioning in an organized manner.
Think of operational management and executive functions. But we can also provide all support and facility services such as:
– First aid and (mental) health care
– Security
– Fire guards
– Cleaning
– Logistics and transportation
Importantly, we can also supply staff in part, all as needed.
AUDIENCE STREAMS
In special cases there may be a large group of people at one or more expected or unexpected peak moments. Because of our experience with crowd management, we can always offer the right support in this and are ready with adequate people and materials to manage the crowd at high speed. In this we have particular experience with challenging elements among the crowd. Such tensions can in most cases be de-escalated by timely and decisive intervention.
PERMITS
For all construction projects of a temporary nature, we follow the prescribed rules of the municipality. Usually these are the prescribed rules of an environmental permit, but an event permit can also be chosen. In both cases we have the knowledge and experience to take on the advisory and executive role in this on behalf of the applicant.
